Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During holidays, restocks, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping is available across Canada and internationally. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 2–10 business days (via Canada Post or alternate courier)
- USA: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any fees or delays due to customs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages—but we’ll always do our best to help you locate your order or file a claim if needed.
